Warehouse Assistant
We are on the look out for two enthusiastic and energetic Warehouse Assistants to join our warehousing team on a full-time contract.
About the Role:
The Warehouse Assistant will be a key part of the team assisting with day-to-day operations and warehousing duties.
This person will be a proactive individual who is able to work well within a team.
We are recruiting for full-time positions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing warehousing duties
- Offloading trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse
- Picking and packing items for shipment
- Required to operate warehouse machinery (training will be provided)
- Adhering to health and safety practices.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse assistant role (not essential)
- Have a good understanding of warehousing procedures (not essential)
- A keen and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn
- Able to lift heavy objects
- Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
Job Type: Full time 40 hours (permanent)
Work Pattern: 8.30-5pm
