We operate as a “white label” solution, using your branding to ensure a consistent experience for your customers. We can put you in touch with suppliers who will be able to design the best solutions for your goods.

Yes, you will have access to myPacksmart as a client and this will hold a full breakdown of all orders shipped, services provided and the associated costs so you can ensure that all the costs are accurate.

We are predominantly focused on B2C orders, if your business is mostly wholesale then we will not be able to assiste. If you only ship occasional B2B orders then we should be able to accommodate this within the B2B offering.

If you are looking for a provider to manage the rework required for your goods to meet with the specifications for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) then we are not able to assist with this. We would prefer to discuss managing your fulfilment for you directly or handling you FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) instead.

We operate from a licensed premises but this is not bonded and therefore any stock held on our site is required to be duty paid.

We would recommend you speak to LCB if you require bonded facilities.
